Meet Avanti, a lawyer-turned-designer who somehow landed into the world of Business Affairs.
From intern to Global Head, Avanti has over 13 years experience in legal & business affairs across the entertainment & advertising space working for companies like Apple, Omnicom Studios, Buck Design, Trailer Park, American Express and Universal Music.
Avanti’s unique superpower is being able to bridge the gap seamlessly between creatives and counsel. As a designer herself, Avanti has first-hand knowledge of creative processes and tools, giving her a unique perspective when it comes to handling your business & legal affairs.

Meet Heidi, a business affairs and compliance director who serves as the connective tissue between legal, creative, and operations.
Over the course of her career, Heidi has led business affairs and compliance initiatives across sports and entertainment, live action, gaming, and film and television, partnering with global brands including Disney, Warner Bros., NBCUniversal, Riot Games, and Activision Blizzard. Her work has consistently delivered results in high-stakes, fast-moving environments where precision and pace are equally critical.
With a strong bias toward action, and a genuine eagerness to learn, she continuously refines her approach and adapts to new challenges. Heidi has a natural ability to translate complex legal, compliance, and security requirements into practical, workable solutions, keeping momentum high and ensuring projects move seamlessly across the finish line.
