This was a BEAST of a production. From negotiating celebrity talent terms major & label recording artist to dealing with a OPO SAG agreements, we ended the year with a BANG with a fun spot for a very cool brand.

As Director of Business Affairs, my responsibilities included:

• Celebrity Talent payment negotiation, contract drafting & review,

• SAG production business affairs management i.e. interpreting SAG rules and regulations in order to stay compliant on set and throughout pre & post production,

• Clearing the Master & Publishing rights of the record - “Big D Energy” by Latto

• Talent Contract Management: including reviewing casting specs, drafting talent agreements and paying talent in a timely manner.

• Reviewing storyboards, scripts, insurance coverage requirements, budgets, licensing agreements and other business affairs matters related to the production.

• Managing the Business Affairs Team and providing leadership and mentoring throughout the production process.
